We have seen social networks come and go over the last decade or so, but Facebook is the only one to become a truly global phenomenon. The proper use of Facebook is a key to any social strategy, and we believe this idea of it soon fading into the rear view mirror of internet history is overblown and much too premature. Still, it does demand our attention in working with our partners. Facebook is not the only social medium to take advantage of, and we must always be diligent in working other forms of social media, including emerging ones, to their full advantage.
